If you have never been to an event like the Las Vegas Bridal Spectacular, you are missing out. For the newly engaged, it’s like being a kid in a candy store. Hundreds of local vendors are their to put their talents on display. Brides to be can get a glimpse into each business’ abilities and style, not to mention make one on one contact with the staff and usually owners.
I can’t speak for all wedding vendors, but for us at Enchanted Florist, we use these bridal shows to let our imaginations run wild. We get our entire staff together for a big brain storming session to figure out the theme and color scheme for each event. We discuss past and future trends, and pass around pictures for inspiration. Once we come to an agreement, the orders are placed for the flowers and supplies that we will need, and then we wait for the big day.
We typically have a booth and a separate table set up. For this latest Bridal Spectacular, we chose to do a table set up reflective of a rehearsal dinner complete with seating assignments and over all rehearsal dinner etiquette. The table linens, glassware, silverware and chairs were all supplied by RSVP Party Rentals; place cards were courtesy of First Impressions. Thanks to Adam Frazier for the great pics!
We kept our booth décor simple and artsy with a dress form and decoupage mannequin, focusing more on interacting with the brides. We chose to do some hands on demonstration’s showing the intricate ways to create boutonniere’s and corsages. It was soooo much fun! Enjoy the pictures and check out a past blog post showing pic’s from last year’s Bridal Shows.
